"I don't usually leave reviews, but Top Flight Contracting earned this one. They did my roof here in Charlotte and it came out great. You can tell they took their time on the details. Customer service was solid too. They kept me in the loop the whole way and I never had to chase anybody down for an answer. Honestly the best part was the team. It felt like they cared how my house turned out, which is rare with contractors. Nobody was rushing to get paid and get out. If you need roof work in Charlotte, give them a call. I'll be using them again."

"I recently had my roof replaced by Top Flight Roofing, and I can confidently say the entire experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. A special shoutout to Serge, the project manager, who truly made the difference. From the very first consultation, he was professional, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every detail — materials, process, timeline — without any pressure or upselling. That level of transparency is rare. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the pride they took in their work. Serge stayed involved the entire time, making sure everything was done right and addressing any questions immediately. The transformation speaks for itself — the old roof was worn and tired, and now the house looks completely refreshed with a clean, high-quality finish. It not only improved the appearance but also gave me real confidence in the durability and protection of my home. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers on quality, communication, and professionalism, I highly recommend Top Flight Roofing — and especially Serge. This is how projects should be managed."
