Top Flight Hub, the scheduler used by Top Flight Contracting staff. Last updated: October 1, 2026

Top Flight Contracting staff can connect a Google calendar to the Top Flight Hub so homeowners can book inspections at times that are actually free. This page explains exactly what we read from Google, what we keep, and how to disconnect. For everything else we collect, see our Privacy Policy.

What we read from your Google calendar

• Your Google account email, name and profile picture, to show which account is connected.
• The list of your calendars (names only), so you can choose which ones count as busy.
• Free and busy times for the calendars you turn on. That is only the start and end of each busy block.

We never read or store the titles, descriptions, guests or locations of events on your calendars. The one exception is the single calendar you pick for "Appointments go here". On that calendar we create, update and delete the appointment events that Top Flight Contracting books for you, so those events carry the appointment details we wrote, such as the customer name and address.

What we use it for

Only to schedule appointments for Top Flight Contracting staff: to avoid booking you over something else, and to put booked appointments on your calendar. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Top Flight Contracting and the service providers that host the Hub. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. No person at Top Flight Contracting reads your Google data except as needed for support, security or to meet the law.

How it is stored

• The access and refresh tokens Google gives us are encrypted before they are saved and are never shown in the Hub.
• Busy times are kept as a short rolling window of start and end times, refreshed every few minutes.
• The Hub is only open to signed in Top Flight Contracting staff.

How to disconnect

• In the Hub, open Calendars and choose Remove on the account. We stop change notifications and delete the stored tokens and busy times for that account.
• To also cancel the permission at Google, open your Google Account, then Security, then Third-party apps and services, and remove the Top Flight Hub. Calendar access stops immediately.
