Top Flight Contracting is an AtlasPRO+ contractor, which is the tier authorized to register the Signature Select PRO 25 warranty. On qualifying products that means 25-year workmanship coverage and a 50-year non-prorated period on a lifetime limited warranty, with Atlas standing behind the installation as well as the shingle.
Signature Select PRO 25 is written as a lifetime limited warranty on the shingle itself, covering manufacturing defects for as long as you own the home.
The non-prorated period runs 50 years. Non-prorated means covered claims are settled at full value during that window rather than at a depreciated share.
Workmanship coverage runs 25 years and is registered with Atlas. That means the installation itself is backed by the manufacturer, not by a contractor promise alone.
Wind coverage under PRO 25 is 130 mph across the Pinnacle line and 150 mph on StormMaster Shake, when installed to Atlas specifications.
Qualifying products carry lifetime algae resistance under PRO 25, backed by 3M Scotchgard Protector. That matters on humid Piedmont roofs where black streaking is common.
Pinnacle Pristine, Pinnacle Impact, Pinnacle Sun and StormMaster Shake qualify for Signature Select PRO 25. ProLam does not. ProLam caps at base Signature Select: a 15-year non-prorated period, 110 or 130 mph wind coverage, 10-year algae resistance, and no workmanship coverage.
